COVID-19 is the pandemic which has swept the whole world and caused over 216 million people infected, and 4.5million people dead as per data until 31st, August 2021.

Other than keep social distance and limit close contact, below is a simple proposal to routine or daily actions

1. Wear PPE: Whenever you go out for a travel or work, wear a PPE like face mask at a minimum. You can also put on safety glasses and gloves (latex or nitrile)

2. Keep clean: Whenever you are at home or your workplace, do a repeated and diligent hand-washing, especially following contact with any public, frequently-touched surfaces such as door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, drinking fountains, keyboards, etc. Soap and water is effective along with alcohol-based (>60 percent) sanitizer or wipes.

3. Exercise: Do exercise even a quick one is always good for you to keep healthy and strengthen your body's immune system.

Hope this pandemic ends soon and everything is coming back to normal and everyone keeps safe and healthy.
